Above is the horrific scene reported in by a local on the 10th January 2021 , this seems to be a gang related activity which will affect the citizens and family's for years to come, the tainted Grove Street has gained its reputation souly on the violence and drug related activities for years.

Nobody has stepped forward to confess for his crime, however if anyone has any information please contact your local LSPD and notify them as soon as possible, confidentiality agreements are in place for those who help towards this case!
